What's better than two of your closest friends being engaged? Getting to take their engagement photos!
I've been friends with Lily and Cez for quite some time. Lily and I were co-workers when she began dating Cez, and from the first time I met him I could already sense that this was 'different'. They compliment each other in all the best ways - both creative, sociable, smart and just absolutely the most genuinely kind people. I was so thrilled to take their engagement photos in Domino Park and then pop a bottle of champagne on their rooftop after.

Why you should take engagement photos in domino park
Being a South Brooklyn girl myself, it can sometimes give me pause to go out to North Brooklyn, but during this session I discovered how beautiful Domino Park is for photos. Nestled in Williamsburg, facing the East River and the Manhattan skyline, Domino Park is a beautiful mix of industrial and nature.
A railing with sweeping views of the city to the front lends itself to sweet intimate moments, while the park below featuring an outdoor patio taco shop, long wooden lawn chairs and grassy patches for picnics invites a fun and playful 'date' activity vibe. Not too far away is a sustainable mini golf course open in the summer and some city streets for that NYC look. It's such a hidden gem!
