When I started my photography journey, I began with creative portraits that told a story, harkening back to my days as a TV producer. I could never have imagined I would shoot weddings or events but as one led to another, I discovered how much I loved capturing the interactions of people at their happiest moments. The stories to be told were endless! From a hug to a laugh to all the details in between, it has felt like a huge privilege to be tasked with making sure these important days are remembered. Lauren's gorgeous September bridal shower in New Jersey was no exception.
Held at Lefkes Estiatorio, a Greek restaurant in Englewood Cliffs, NJ (just over the bridge from NYC!), there was nothing about that day that wasn't perfect. The sun was shining and everyone was dressed to the nines for a garden party celebrating the bride to be.
Lauren's family had the place decorated with fresh flowers, candles and the most stunning bridal cake I've encountered. Between the speeches, the games and an incredibly thoughtful train of gifts delivered to the bride by her bridesmaids, there was so much love and excitement in the air. And of course, who doesn't love brunch at a Greek restaurant?
